John Merwin, Owner

Dimensional Construction is owned and operated by John Merwin. John is a 4th generation builder who has owned his own Bay Area custom home construction business for over twenty years. John brings an impressive level of honesty and integrity to the industry. He believes in working side-by-side with his clients to ensure a feeling of satisfaction when the project is finished. Through John’s years of experience, he has come to understand that by using the best employees, subcontractors, materials and finishes one can achieve a beautiful product.
